The Perret tower is situaded in the Alphonse-Fiquet place, opposite of the Station .The Perret tower and its 28 storeys was built after the second world war and is made of concrete.

It was conceived by the architect Auguste Perret in 1942 within the framework of the project of reconstruction of the place Alphonse-Fiquet and the station of Amiens.During seven years, it was abandoned up to its acquisition in 1959 by the architect François Spoerry. It was 110 meter.The tower was built with some concrete army.The works one begun on November 15th, 1949.The first stone was able to be put on May 22nd, 1950.The work was finished in March, 1952.
